Chimichurri & Burrata Crostini

Ingredients:

1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds

1/4 cup olive oil

1 cup Chimichurri sauce

8 oz burrata cheese
-
Fresh basil leaves

Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.

Once toasted, remove the crostini from the oven and set aside.

Carefully cut the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and place a piece on each crostini.

Drizzle with Chimichurri sauce and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper for balance.

Serve immediately as a savory appetizer.
