Chimichurri & Burrata Crostini

  • Ingredients:

    1. 1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds

    2. 1/4 cup olive oil

    3. 1 cup Chimichurri sauce

    4. 8 oz burrata cheese

    5. Fresh basil leaves

    6. Salt and pepper

  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.

    3. Once toasted, remove the crostini from the oven and set aside.

    4. Carefully cut the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and place a piece on each crostini.

    5. Drizzle with Chimichurri sauce and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper for balance.

    6. Serve immediately as a savory appetizer.
