Ricardo Auerke
Co-Founder of Chimichurri

I was born in Mar del Plata and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Together with my wife, Berenice Auerke, I co-founded Chimichurri with the goal of sharing the rich flavors of Argentina with the world. I’m proud to be the father of four wonderful children and cherish every moment spent with my family.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active, especially playing tennis, and I’m always pushing myself to learn something new. Life is about growth and challenges, and I’m constantly seeking ways to expand my knowledge and skills.

Berenice Auerke
Co-Founder of Chimichurri

I was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and raised in Tijuana. Alongside my husband, Ricardo Auerke, I co-founded Chimichurri with the passion to bring authentic Argentine flavor to kitchens around the world. We’re blessed with one son and three daughters, and we now call San Diego our home.

Cooking has always been my love, and it’s what inspired me to bring our family’s Chimichurri recipe to life. I’m a proud mother who finds joy in nurturing my children, reading when I can, and staying active through exercise. Each day is a new opportunity.
