Chimichurri Grilled Steak

  • Ingredients:

    1. 2 ribeye steaks (or your choice of cut)

    2. Salt and pepper

    3. 1/2 cup Chimichurri sauce (for marinating)

    4. 1/4 cup Chimichurri sauce (for serving)

  • Instructions:

    1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

    2. Marinate the steaks in 1/2 cup of Chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight).

    3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.

    4. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.

    5. Serve the steaks with a drizzle of Chimichurri sauce on top.
