Chimichurri Roasted Goat Cheese

  • Ingredients:

    1. 8 oz goat cheese log

    2. 1/4 cup Chimichurri sauce

    3. Fresh thyme or rosemary (for garnish)

    4. Olive oil (for drizzling)

    5. Crusty bread or crackers for serving

  • Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    2. Place the goat cheese on a baking dish. Drizzle a little olive oil over the cheese.

    3. Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese softens and starts to slightly melt.

    4. Remove from the oven and pour the Chimichurri sauce over the warm cheese.

    5. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary.

    6. Serve with crusty bread or crackers for dipping.
